Winnie Okoth is a professional weightlifting champion and fitness trainer who has represented Kenya on the international stage.
Winnie was crowed The Fittest Woman in Kenya for 2017; she also competed in the 2018 Commonwealth Games in Brisbane; won a silver medal at the 2018 Arnold Classic Africa; and won a bronze medal at the 2019 African Championships.
